We can—We must—Expand
Once upon a time
going on a pedetentous journey
was a much slower affair
step
step
step
step
with time for ponderous rumination
contemplation of otherworldly possibilities
and one’s own role in the greater scheme of being
as one wended one’s way along
and though there were nasty beings
and terrible truths to encounter
these at least appeared to be
unusual rather than mundane
and so-called par for the course
Nowadays the volume of gruesome
is evident everywhere
as the course is ever more rapidly revealed
to be far from so-called civilized
the inverse of moral
a wide-spread self-replicating social turbo cancer
a frightful deluge to witness
stee eee eep
though faced and processed
it must be
Do you too
wonder
how to proceed?
Some questions
worth asking
What if our true nature
we who understand ourselves
as humans
as natural beings
who are part of nature
allegedly unaltered
was defined as imperfect
to literally “bring” us
“to and end”?
What if our true nature
is not at all physical?
is not just a biological computer
running programs
we can sometimes hack?
What if we are
rather
something far greater
not bound by bodies
nor the third dimension
nor even the astral realm?
To truly be one
with all of creation
hum-ane hum-one
we must allow for possibilities
beyond immediate comprehension
enormous expansion
beyond the information overload
of macrocosm and microcosm
allow for the possibility
that our full true nature
handles it all with ease
so imagine if you please
in a ponderous ruminating way
as your next light step
along the path stops
momentarily upon this thought:
we must become indefinite
infinite
consonant with
not cut off from
our intrinsic
multi-level-selves
far far beyond mortal belief
in the great I am
Love is our nature
and its action
the immediate
cause of all phenomena
Each of us
and all together
let us proceed
wide alight
on our accelerating
pedetentous journey
step by care full step
through indubitably tough terrain
transmuting grotesque millennia-long
lies and unconscionable harms
vicious repeat loops
in ever varying guises
with miraculous resolve
a dimension shattering reconciliation
a naturalization of divine being
radiating grace
we choose
we become
true
love
indefinite
